Medicare beneficiaries earning under about $23,475 single / $31,725 couple (2026, 150% of FPL). Asset limits also apply but are generous.

What you get

Cuts your Medicare Part D premium and deductible to $0 (full subsidy) and caps drug copays at a few dollars per prescription. Worth roughly $5,900/year.

Tips that matter

Since 2024 there's only one full-subsidy tier (no more partial subsidy). If you qualify for Medicaid, SSI, or an MSP, you get Extra Help automatically.
