Senior Citizen Property Tax Credit ("Circuit Breaker") + County Senior Freeze. Statewide "Circuit Breaker" gives up to $750 credit (renters) or $1,100 (owners) at 65+. SB 190 (effective 2024) authorized counties to freeze senior property tax — adoption is county-by-county.
