Over-65 Homestead Exemption + School Tax Ceiling. Owners 65+ get an additional $10K homestead exemption on school district taxes (on top of standard $100K). School tax bill is permanently frozen at the amount due in the year you turned 65 ("tax ceiling"). Counties may add their own senior exemptions.
