Property tax relief
Elderly or Disabled Homestead Exclusion + Circuit Breaker. Elderly Homestead Exclusion exempts $25,000 or 50% of value (whichever greater) for owners 65+ with income under $37,900 (2026). Circuit Breaker caps tax at 4–5% of income for 65+ with income under $56,850.
